David Jesse Coker

David advises on commercial agreements, technology transactions, security and privacy governance, compliance, investigations, and business disputes. His practice includes fractional general counsel and advisory support for small and mid-sized businesses as well as work with enterprise teams.
His career spans more than 25 years across technology, security, and risk. Before focusing full time on his law practice, he served as Senior Manager of Enterprise Security at BNSF Railway and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at GM Financial.
His work brings legal, audit, procurement, and technical stakeholders into the same conversation: what the obligation requires, where the material risk sits, and what the organization can do about it.
